Pick the coin and the network your wallet supports. Send only that coin on that network: any other coin or network sent to the address cannot be detected automatically and may not be recoverable.
How it works
- Choose a challenge type and size. A discount code, if you have one, goes in here, before checkout.
- At checkout, choose Crypto, then the coin and network.
- You get the exact amount to send, a deposit address and a QR code. Coins that need a memo or tag show it, and it is required.
- Send exactly that amount. Network fees are paid by your wallet on top.
- The page checks for your transfer every 15 seconds. Once the network confirms it, the order is paid automatically.
- Your trading account is created after that and appears under Accounts, with a notification.
The 30-minute window
The amount and address are held for 30 minutes, with a countdown on the page. If nothing arrives in that time, request a new amount and address; nothing is charged until a transfer is confirmed. If a transfer is already on its way when the countdown ends, the page keeps it and waits for it rather than issuing a second address.

A discount code applies to the plan price; the payment fee is then worked out on the discounted price.
If something goes wrong
- Sent less than the amount: do not send a second transfer to the same address. Contact support with the transaction id and the payment is settled by hand.
- Sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network: contact support with the transaction id. It cannot be detected automatically.
- Changed your mind before paying: cancel the order from its page in the portal. An order cannot be cancelled while a payment for it is being confirmed.
Card and PayPal
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments are arranged through support. Choose one at checkout, open a support ticket with your order number, and the team sends the payment instructions. Your order stays reserved while you wait.
The fee comes back
However you pay, the evaluation fee is refunded 100% with first payout.
